Policies

Rental Time Options

  • 10:00am - 3:00pm
  • 5:00pm - 10:00pm
  • 10:00am - 10:00pm

Deposit

A $600 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation to guarantee your date, a date cannot be held without the deposit.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on Wadley Farms property.

Smoking

Smoking within any building is strictly prohibited. Smoking is permited in the parking lot only.

Decorations/Alterations

Decorations must be self-standing or able to be affixed by tying or otherwise. Nails, glue, tape or other means of attachment that will mark or leave holes and damage the building or alterations of any kind to the structure are prohibited. Fire code prohibits the use of open candles and hay as decorations.

Check out/Cleaning checklist

At event termination, Lessee shall complete and have signed off check out cleaning checklist.

Dangerous Materials

Lessee shall not keep or have on the premises any article or substance of a dangerous, inflammable, or explosive character, such as fireworks, that might increase the danger of fire.
