The Historical Wadley Farm is an oasis of rural charm centrally located in Utah county at the base of the breathtaking Mount Timpanogos. Just five miles north of UVSC and seven miles north of BYU, its location is easily accessible from I-15. Originally built in the 1860, by Joseph Wadley, the farm and it’s buildings have been lovingly restored by his descendants, reflecting a quieter time, when life was rural and unrushed. A sense of simple elegance, warmth, and togetherness provide just the right setting to celebrate the wedding of your dreams, an anniversary, holiday parties, or business activity.

Wadley Farms is spacious enough to accommodate the most elaborate affair, yet private enough to call your very own. It’s two spacious buildings, formal gardens and amazingly affordable packages, will have your guests praising your event for years to come.

Amenities include a large magnificent converted barn designed especially for large gatherings, a turn of the century railroad station provides a formal setting for wedding ceremonies or smaller functions, and a separate beautifully restored brides room. The garden creates an elegant atmosphere with its wrought iron gazebo, beautiful fountains, and an array of unique flowers and shrubs, all on a remote 20 acre farm surrounded by a majestic view of Mount Timpanogos.

Prices include full facility rental, which includes: tables, chairs, centerpieces, linens, background music, backdrops, antique carriage, grooms room and private bridal cottage.
