The beautifully landscaped garden area at Wadley Farms includes a wide array of flowers, shrubs, and trees which compliments any outdoor event. The gardens are surrounded by 20 acres of pastures, fields, and orchards, all at the base of breathtaking Mount Timpanogos. The Garden includes:
The garden can be used for receptions and ceremonies. The garden can accommodate up to one hundred ceremony guests. The garden is available for outdoor events April through September. During these months the garden is included with rental of the Barn and/or Railroad Hall.
The Historic Barn at Wadley Farms is a unique venue which features rustic décor with slate floors, wood beams, and bead board walls. The Barn includes the standard rental items (see the amenities list below) in addition to 100 indoor black folding chairs, two gas fireplaces, the main hall, and the sun room. The Barn can be used for indoor/outdoor receptions, dinners, business meetings, luncheons, and Christmas parties. The Barn can accommodate up to 100 guests for a sit down dinner, and up to 80 guests for an indoor reception. April through September rental of the Railroad Hall includes the garden area. |

Included with building rental:
Alcohol Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on Wadley Farms property. Smoking Smoking within any building is strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted in the parking lot only. Decorations/Alterations Decorations must be self-standing or able to be affixed by tying or otherwise. Nails, glue, tape or other means of attachment that will mark or leave holes and damage the building or alterations of any kind to the structure are prohibited. Fire code prohibits the use of open candles and hay as decorations. Check out/Cleaning checklist At event termination, Lessee shall complete and have signed off check out cleaning checklist. Dangerous Materials Lessee shall not keep or have on the premises any article or substance of a dangerous, inflammable, or explosive character, such as fireworks, that might increase the danger of fire.
